Takamasamune - Sake Gin Wasabi
Takamasamune - Sake Gin Wasabi
This Japanese gin uses sake as a base spirit.
Once we made sake distilled, macerated it with botanicals, and distilled it again.
Our familiar food, Wasabi is used for this Gin. You will love the hint of spiciness of Wasabi and well-balanced sake mouthfeel.
An elegant and well-harmonized herbal aroma sets the stage. Upon swirling the glass, the distinct fragrance of grated wasabi becomes evident.
The palate offers a refreshing and invigorating sensation, followed by a delightful spiciness reminiscent of wasabi and the sweetness of sake. This combination creates a crisp aftertaste, making it the perfect accompaniment for fresh seafood like sashimi and sushi, as well as unique and distinctive delicacies, seamlessly transitioning to the next dish.
When served with hot water, the sweetness comes alive, while the addition of tangy wasabi flavor at the end enhances the sharpness and creates a smoother transition between each dish.
