Hiraizumi Hiten Shirogane Yamahai
Hiraizumi Hiten Shirogane Yamahai
An elegantly clean refined sake, 100% made in Akita. The rice was grown locally by the brewers themselves, who also created the original yeast (BL531). The taste is pure and has a refreshing body, while the aroma is quite subtle, making it an easy sake to pair with any dish! The yamahai method is a traditional way of producing the fermentation starter using ambient lactic acid bacilli.
