Boasting a sherry-like character, this aged sake has nuanced notes of caramel, roasted nuts, orange rind and wood. The sake is blend of aged sake, some aged up to 18 years and where the average age being 10 years.  

While it may not match the intensity of the 2011 vintage Yamabuki, it nonetheless captivates with its remarkable depth of aromatics and flavor.
