Konohanano Queen barrel #01 - Cherry blossom barrel

The Konohanano Queen Barrell Series was a mad sake maker’s attempt to make barrel aged sake, inspired by the unique array of whisky casks aged by master distillers. To achieve this, Hosoi San from Konohanano first created a ’neutral sake’, inspired by the the ’New Make’ spirit that drips out of a still.
