Natsuta Fuyuzo Junmai Daiginjo Gin no Sei

Crafted from locally sourced Gin no Sei rice, this sake features the use of prefectural yeast AK-1 in its brewing process. Exhibiting hay and grass aromas and layers of rice umami, raw nuts, and fruit, it presents a medium-dry profile with high acidity.

Notably, this sake, alongside others in its lineup, offers a broader spectrum of food pairing versatility compared to typical lighter-style daiginjo sakes.  This sake is less fruity than its other daiginjo counterparts in the Natsuta Fuyuzo range.
