Takamasamune - Sake Gin Original
This Japanese gin uses sake as a base spirit.
Once we made sake distilled, macerated it with botanicals, and distilled it again.
It is a craft Gin that is blended with some spices.
The taste of citrus and spices changes depending on how you drink it, such as straight or mixed with tonic water. Find your own way of drinking and enjoy.
This sake gin original offers a fresh, youthful, and full-bodied aroma. The enticing scents of Japanese citrus and lime tree intertwine harmoniously with distinct notes of Sakura Mochi and apple compote, evoking a pristine sweetness.
On the palate, it greets you with a rich sweetness that carries through the entire experience, complemented by a full-bodied mid-palate, which leaves a gentle sweetness lingering on the finish.
When mixed with soda, the aroma remains present but takes on a more indulgent character. The carbonation accentuates the umami element, making it a splendid pairing with dashi- based dishes, slightly sweet dishes seasoned with mirin, or seafood soups. Additionally, combining it with hot water is a unique way to enjoy it.
